@EtihadHelp why does nothing work on your systems, I am trying to post a complaint using the form and get constant errors in the creation of a case, this is absolutely useless

@EtihadHelp hi My luggage was not relayed to Manchester from South Africa. I had to fly back to get my case from Etihad office only to find it was broken open and contents stolen, is this the kind of behaviour expected of Etihad Staff
