Quick Linux tip:
Working with CSV files in the terminal?
You can make them readable by aligning columns neatly with column:
$ cat inventory.csv | column -t -s,
The -s, flag tells it to use commas as separators, and -t formats the output into a clean table.
Perfect for quick data inspection without opening a spreadsheet.

Yesterday I shared a cranial release that helped many of you feel immediate nervous system relief.
But here’s something most people don’t realize:
Tinnitus often isn’t ear damage.
It’s a nervous system that never fully turns off.
When the brain stays in threat mode, it amplifies signals as a survival response.
Sound is one of them.

Your face isn’t aging. Your skull is compressing. Stress, jaw tension, and nervous system overload slowly compress the cranial bones. When the skull loses space, the face changes. Here’s a simple cranial release that helps decompress it. ↓

“I can’t see you tonight, I’ve got plans”
The plans:
Legs up the wall!! One of the most underrated things you can do for your body (all the hot girls are doing it btw): zero equipment, cost or effort, and it works on nearly every level that actually matters.
“Uh but why would I do that?” I’ll tell you why:
When your legs are elevated above your heart, gravity does the work your sluggish lymphatic system is struggling with.
Venous blood and lymph move back toward the torso, reducing swelling in the feet and ankles, relieving tired legs after hours of sitting or standing, and improving lymphatic drainage.
Stagnant circulation promotes stress signals in your tissues. Fluid that isn’t moving freely = poor tissue oxygenation and waste buildup. Elevating the legs is one of the simplest ways to reverse that.
This position naturally shifts your body into parasympathetic mode: the state responsible for recovery, digestion and cellular regeneration.
You’ll notice slower breathing, lower heart rate, reduced stress hormones, a calmer mind.
Stress physiology is catabolic. It drains energy and accelerates ageing. Relaxation supports mitochondrial function and repair. A posture that quiets the stress response (without supplements, protocols or spending a penny) is brilliant.
This posture also unloads the spine, releases pressure in the lower back, and relaxes the hip flexors and hamstrings.
Your body feels supported and safe, adrenaline and cortisol drop. Muscles and connective tissue release.
A lot of people notice their body temperature warming slightly afterward; that’s improved circulation and reduced stress. Your metabolism is literally switching back on :)
Improved venous return = more efficient blood flow. And it will reduce fatigue, help with mild headaches and promotes mental clarity.
Good circulation and oxygen delivery support oxidative metabolism: the process that keeps your cells producing energy efficiently. When that process is impaired, everything suffers. When it’s supported, everything improves. It’s that straightforward.
How to do it? Sure, I’ll tell you:
Sit sideways next to a wall. Swing your legs up. Rest for 5–15 minutes. That’s it.
Optional additions: a small pillow under the hips, red or warm light, slow nasal breathing.
Works especially well before bed, after work, or after long periods of sitting.
All the hot girls are doing legs up the wall and it combines circulation support, nervous system relaxation and gentle spinal decompression: a proper reset for the body with zero cost and zero risk.
One of those rare things where the simplest answer is the best one :)

just met a cute girl at the wedding i’m at
like unreal. face card so crazy my frontal lobe clocked out. i’m talking generational. if symmetry was a startup she just closed series b.
we’re vibing. she’s laughing. eye contact locked. i’m farming aura like it’s a full-time job.
then coding comes up.
she goes “yeah i code”
my soul did a hard restart
i’m like oh word “what do you build?”
she says
“mostly vibe-coding rn”
and that’s where a normal man would say “that’s fire” and get her number
but unfortunately i was built in a lab
i go:
“ok define vibe-coding”
“claude code or codex”
“cursor agent mode or raw dogging prompts”
“you got git or just vibes”
“tests?”
“types?”
“deploy?”
“rollback?”
“you read diffs or click accept like a casino addict”
she starts laughing like i’m joking
i was entering forensic mode.
she says “i just use chatgpt and claude and keep asking until it kinda works”
i say “works where”
she says “like… on my laptop”
i say “so localhost cosplay”
bro.
and i swear to God the violinist in the corner sounded like a system alarm
the vibe died instantly
DIED
flatline. kernel panic. social segfault. full emotional 500 in prod.
i try one last save. i go “ok but do you at least push to github”
she says “sometimes, i mostly keep stuff on desktop folders”
DESKTOP FOLDERS
i started dissociating. i could see my ancestors. i could hear linus torvalds screaming in the distance.
her friend walks over like “omg are y’all talking tech”
and i accidentally say
“she said she’s a developer but her stack is claude code, codex, and divine intervention”
she goes “wait no i made a website”
i said “a figma screenshot with a typeform link is not a website, it is a cry for help”
SILENCE.
like biblical silence.
they walked away. she did not look back.
my friend comes over like “bro she was INTO you what happened”
i said “she called herself a coder and then described generating a landing page and praying over it”
he said “so?”
SO???
i’m supposed to build a future with someone whose incident response plan is ‘refresh and re-prompt’???
she had a heavenly face card but an apocalyptic workflow
zero tests
zero repos
zero shame
infinite vibes
could’ve had her number
but she now knows i respect source control
and honestly that’s worth more

There's an old idea that says a man is tested three times before he earns anything worth having. The first test takes what he loves. The second test takes his confidence. The third test makes him wait with no proof that it's coming. Most men fail the third one. Not because they're weak. Because patience with no guarantee is the hardest thing a human being can do. If you're in the waiting room right now, don't move. Don't panic. Just hold.

I know a few
1. Set your mouse speed to the highest possible setting. Takes an hour or so to adjust but once you’ve tried it you’ll never go back.
2. Going to bed with a clean/empty kitchen sink every night will change your life.
3. Make a list on your computer of the most common things you buy at the grocery store. Then print it out every week and check off the things you need.
4. If the task takes less than 5 minutes, don’t think about it - just do it.
5. Try to always keep your shoulders down and back and exhibit good posture whether you're sitting or standing. Doesn't seem like much now, but in 40 years it will. Plus it's a great confidence boost
6. Double bag your trash. When you take out one trash bag, if there is a leak it goes into the second bag and you can easily take that one out too if needed.
7. Be goofy with your spouse/ significant other.
8. Take the big tasks you're avoiding and break them into smaller more manageable tasks.
9. Surround yourself with people who discuss business, money, and personal development.
