Now that I've finished Halo Campaign Evolved my main issues are these:
-Prequel missions unnecessary/not as fun
-Stuttering and lag in cutscenes
-Dialogue not sounding right at times
-Normal Difficulty feeling more aggressive than Heroic Difficulty
-A grainy effect on screen etc

@TheFoxEssence I'm honestly scared for a Halo 2 remake that they so can't wait to get their hands on. I'm not saying Campaign Evolved is the worst game, but it doesn't feel like it holds up in modern expectations of remakes. The goal of remakes is to outperform the original. This one did not.

The people that genuinely think there’s a weird culture war happening in video games need help.
Halo Campaign Evolved isn’t propaganda or “woke agendas”.
Just because there’s a female protagonist in a few bonus missions doesn’t mean they’re rewriting history or making a political stance.
You can disagree with writing, creative decisions, whatever. But, to claim that this is part of a culture war is straight dishonest and borderline schizophrenic.
It’s so fucking weird, man.

The funniest thing about the discourse surrounding this character is that people conveniently ignore that she starts switching up and starts to respect chief after like 2 encounters. I even got the “solid work, spartan” line when I played in normal.
