@XfinitySupport why does xfinity keep going out in my neighborhood... Daily. Again this morning wth an expectant time is 12:05 noon. That's 6hrs no internet no TV no phone service. Putting people at risk.. phone service is critical for elderly. Do better xfinity

@Xfinity internet speed 10% of what it should be for over a week. Contractor came to house replaced cable modem and all wires. Another contractor replaced line to house. First contractor came back today. Was told issue would be escalated and in-house tech only. What is going on?

I don’t use this card anywhere else. I leave at home. I am sure this person Cassieta Dabbs used my card to order stuff online Walmart.com, Uber eat and Lyft…. @comcastbusiness @comcast

@comcast I called Comcast on 3/26/26 2pm to upgrade service. Cassieta Dabbs was helping me. She offered me Mobile service and sold a phone. After few minutes of giving her my credit card number, I started getting notifications about someone using my card.

2 1/2 hours on XFinity chat with bots and then 2 humans. The result…They sent us the wrong cable box and told us that they would be charging us $14/month for the new/wrong box until we returned the broken box. So we had to drive an hour to do an exchange. Absolutely terrible customer service. Would not recommend, zero stars!!
