I run a cyber cafe in a university area and I pay my three workers 40k each per month. I know 40k is small money, and I often wonder how they cope. So I decided to create a better way for them to earn more. I told them that from now on, anyone who refers customers for big jobs like research projects, typing exam questions, designing posters for churches or schools, and similar high-value work will earn a good commission. Yesterday after my calculations, one of my workers made an extra 80k just from referrals. That brought his total earnings for the month to 120k. This is business and I'm happy for him 🤝 Above all, love God.
