@AbbotAlphege Hi we have the trees cut on the 24th and they will be ready to sell from the 26th. The website will go live any day with option to click collect as well as deliver. Thank you.

@cunardline Thankyou, however you you took an automatic payment out for an already cancelled cruise leaving us with a huge credit card bill. I appreciate this is massive task for you but 60 days in unacceptable and taken an automatic payment is more unacceptable

@Xmas_Tree_Barn Hi there, due to the need for us to cancel departures up to and including 31 July, we anticipate that refunds will take up to 60 days.

@cunardline how much longer will refunds be? You took money from a credit card for a cancelled cruise so now we have that outstanding. Urgent help needed.

@wiggy24uk @Veggiepatchgirl Sadly we can not help you with the blue spruce as we can not find a forest with them either. We have spruce, Fraser fir which is what most customers who love a Blue go for or a nordman fir. Hope that’s of some help.

@PostOffice @WHSmithSupport The new Bath PO is an absolute disgrace. A mess, and a 25 min queue on a Sunday morning. Assuming @WHSmith wanted the additional footfall, you can be certain that everyone in the Q could not wait to leave.

@brewersfayre can not believe just how bad the service and food is at the Weymouth restaurant. Surely someone is accountable and the reviews on trip advisor support our experience.
