@Patrick00731414 @WonderKing82 Sometimes you work less than 40. Haha most salaried employees ALWAYS work over. It’s expected that you work more hours, not less. My employer’s PTO policy, if I take 2 hours off, I have to enter it as a half day off (4 hrs).

@WonderKing82 Wasn't this regarding salaried workers? You do understand that most people on salary are not paid overtime because you are not employed as an hourly worker. It means sometimes you work over 40 hours and sometimes you work less but you have a consistent paycheck.

The ramifications of this fraud trial are huge. If Trump were to lose a half billion dollars and his right to do business in New York it could cripple him… he won’t be able to collect money from all his rentals most likely and he won’t be able to make money in other NY ventures… the irony here is that he will be forced to sell and unless he sells those properties to Russians or Saudis he won’t even get fair market value. Without his business name it is unlikely foreigners will over pay for those properties without getting something in return from him should he win the presidency…another bit of irony is that while Trump may go broke his daughter will still be worth close to a billion dollars…now you see why Trump is attacking judges and telling those at his rallies that his legal bills are 100 million.
