@virginmedia I'd rather stay with yourselves however, based on costs advised i can get faster speed for a comparable cost from your competition. Surely retention is as important as new ?!

@virginmedia trying to renew my lapsed contract and told cost are higher as a retained customer for broadband. Cheaper for me to cancel and start again... make it make sense

@MercuryHolidays my parents are currently in Fuerteventura and have just been advised to make their own arrangememts home... despite trying to make contact for a number of days and the hotel closing on Saturday. Abandoned is an understatement. Please advise what they are to do?
