After reading this response I got a nagging feeling in my jimmies that PJ just got fucking axed from their job. While I dislike the idea of employees losing their jobs, at this point PJs clear contempt for the player base oozed out of every word and response they wrote. Its not healthy for them, the player base, or the game. I remember when I could call a phone line and get things cleared up with a real person. I miss in game GMs SO badly. It was like seeing a leprechaun in the wild. Brought whimsy and excitement. Joy. Like a greek god just touched down on earth to walk amongst us morals. The moral of this story is Blizzard should have an infinitely larger CS team working on specific games. The ones remaining should not be so stretched so thin that they snap out on social media. We should be able to contact real humans. Have conversations. Provide context or proof. Feel heard. But alas. Instead we got a riled up player base and some poor soul doing damage control now while they possibly lose more manpower. No one wins here really
