@YAS_LauraM I’ve had a weird run of it really, I’ve had 2 arrests in 3 years 😳 But loads of births! Apparently it’s meant to be the other way around 🙈

GUESS WHO JUST DELIVERED ANOTHER BABY!!! After 6 boys on the bounce I’ve now delivered baby girl number 2!!

Brilliant first physio session at flex health today! I now have a bend over 100 degrees and full extension 😀 2 sessions a week for the next 3 weeks and hopefully I will make lots of progress 💪🏻 #ACL #Rehab #phsyio #recovery

My bandages are off 😊 So happy with my progress already 48 hours post surgery! Can fully weight bare, walk short distances without crutches and have about a 60 degree bend! #recovery #ACL #rehab #progress
