Onze ballen van het Atomium sloegen wat geoxideerd uit tegen de Fransen, hun torenspits daarentegen had een mooie patine,het ijzer smeden als het heet was zat er nooit in, ze waren dan ook torenhoog favoriet les autres, wij hadden in de spits eerder een (tw)eiffeltoren #FRABEL

Running is currently discontinued. I will have my heel diagnosted first day, the irritation of the past few weeks/months has prompted me to do this. Hopefully it won’t be too bad but the fear is there for something serious. Probably Haglund’s deformity … 🙏🏻 @loopmaatjes

@YMarginet @loopmaatjes It definitely looks like Haglund’s Deformity. I had it for years and finally had it surgically repaired about three years ago. If that’s an option for you, I would consider it.
