Gut wrenching: Dutch 20 y/o victim of attempted rape and murder storms out of courtroom in tears as her attacker, Somali migrant Mohamed H. (26), gets a mere 3.5 years in prison. Last May, a 20 y/o Dutch girl was attacked in Amsterdam’s Westerpark by Mohamed H. who choked her for minutes telling her “you will die tonight, this is your last night,” whilst he hit her and pulled down her pants to rape her. Thank God, police arrived just in time to stop him. Despite Mohamed having an 8+ page criminal record, he got only 3.5 years in prison because - get ready - the court had doubt whether the chokehold was “strong/long enough” to kill the victim. In the video you’ll hear the victim respond to the judge in pure disbelief and despair: “I can’t do this, I was strangled for a very long time with great force!” This keeps on happening over and over again, everywhere in Europe. Our legal systems protect the perpetrators not the victims. These judges should face justice for their continuous betrayal of European girls getting assaulted, raped and murdered by migrants.
