防音室が話題なので うちの場合ロフトベッドの四方に木の板を張り付けて超簡易防音室を作ってみました (ドアを付けず毎回壁ごと外す仕組みにしたせいで面倒くさくて使わなくなった模様) たぶんケチらずにちゃんとガラスウール内包二重壁とか作ってたら割と良いものが出来てた気がするんよ
