@FLOWJamaica I’ve tried to do so, by phone and the Flow WhatsApp service. Used the AI service, spoke to 3 live agents and lost contact with 3 live agents. That’s just today alone. What other medium do you suggest I try please?

@FLOWJamaica to summarise, no response to direct mail, no joy on WhatsApp, constant phone calls, bills however must be paid, but STILL no service since 2nd July 2024. From bad to borderline ridiculous. We’re just as fed up having to contact you, as you are of hearing from us
