I booked a Rapido ride while coming home today. The captain took the wrong route towards a railway track. I repeatedly asked him to stop the bike more than 10 times, but he ignored me. I tried contacting customer support, but got no response.Where is women’s safety,@rapidoapp_

Why does @Flipkart keep changing the promised delivery date? My phone was supposed to arrive on 3rd July, but it was suddenly pushed to 5th July without any prior notice. Why promise a delivery date if you can’t honor it? Customers deserve transparent and reliable service.
