@facegamefps @ItsJustVV If it works for you have fun. M-die has been slower for literally everyone I know, but it does cool clocks. Not like it matters its not that much slower and higher capacity is actually beneficial though

Windows 10 I had same bench at 408FPS. Moving over to latest Windows 11 lost about 10 FPS.
I even did 6.2 4.8 and result is same as 6.1 4.7 8800c36 at 397 FPS… 1080P
Keep in mind real benches are actual gameplay and not built in.

@ItsJustVV @facegamefps Have you ever profiled a game to see how much bandwidth it uses? Games land around 20GB/s with the heavy RT ones around 40-50GB/s. Going from 125GB/s -> 135GB/s~ isn't going to do much. The reason it scales is because of the lower latency from the higher MEM/IMC frequency.

@Yahfzz @facegamefps Your score is very good, but since you know so much you should know that not every game scales the same, some like tighter timings & lower latency others like higher bandwidth = M-die.
M-die also gives more capacity 2x24 > 2x16, that's also a plus, not just for looking cool.

@billah7208 @BlurBusters @xTheWhale_ Don't think you should go by brand, go by model. You can easily check this with reviews, just get two monitors that use the same panel where on uses dsc and the other doesn't, such as 27GX790B-B and PG27AQWP-W and compare the two.

Also you will run into DSC problems again. So 540hz no DSC WOLED Tandem is the 1st choice

Another consideration, 500 Hz OLED has clearer motion than 1000 Hz LCD. I have images at blurbuster.com/5000hz showing how a 720 Hz OLED has clearer motion than a 1000 Hz LCD. Being that said, it's good to see 1000 Hz arrive for gamers; even if it's currently still an LCD.

@facegamefps Definitely wasn't the case for me and some other people. 48ns in aida? Ye that's normal, you run higher CPU clocks so the latency will be usually lower than other people running m-die because of the cache hits. I was at 47ns at 5.9ghz

@Yahfzz Mdie is not slower. I had 8000 c32 in other rigs tuned. Game is limited at scaling. I just said even core frequency pass 5.9 do not matter. In real time gameplay is different and in memory sensitive games 8800 shines. BTW this is 48 ns so yea not slow

@facegamefps It does, m-die is just slower but people use it anyways cause its easier to look cool with higher frequencies and worse timings. You said above you had 408 on w10 though, kinda low for 800mhz higher memfreq and higher cpu clocks, no?

@Yahfzz Has nothing to do with 24g m-die. Game does not scale past 5.9 on Intel. Also, Windows 10 is faster but I choose to be on Windows 11 latest

Why own all?
Pc is miserable.
Nintendo is for children and thus doesn't appeal to me.
Xbox and PlayStation are the only legitimate options for adults, and Playstation now gets all of Xbox's games sooner or later.

Owning all platforms and not arbitrarily tethering your entire identity to a single one is so obviously the best way to enjoy gaming, that it's shocking we still have some grown adults that haven't figured this out yet. It's about the games

The only thing AMD has over nvidia is better raster at lower price and that’s not enough for most.

@gugliotech @GraphicallyChal Lol, fsr adoption is quite good ans fsr4 is actually pretty nice. Fg x4 can be done with lossless scaling. We have fsr fg, afmf2, way better RT now. Classic delusion.
