Canadian version of ICE will be mild-mannered bureaucrats recruited from Zoomer discord servers, interviewing naturalized citizens about their social media posts, history of campus activism, casual remarks at work, IRL social networks. Do you have white friends, or only socialize within your own ethnicity? Have you ever made disparaging remarks about "settler-colonialism" or "systemic racism"?
By 2035 the only way to retain a Trudeau-era citizenship will be to prove to the satisfaction of your zoomer caseworker that your intentions upon entering the country were honorable. This will require attestations from at least three natural-born citizens with a verified history of online racism. If you cannot find racists to vouch for you as one of the good ones you're out.
Goes without saying that this is the final phase of Remigration. In earlier phases, passports will be removed for littering, speeding, etc.

Right now naturalized citizenship can be revoked in cases of fraud. A government could take a more strict approach to how fraud is determined to include fraudulent intentions in immigration. These people still see themselves as loyal to their home country and make no effort to join Canadian society beyond extracting wealth and opportunity. Until Justin Trudeau, citizenship could also be revoked in cases of terrorism. A government could also expand the requirements for the revocation of naturalized citizenship to include subverting Canada's National interests and demonstrations of loyalty for foreign states and causes. If courts become a problem invoke the Notwithstanding clause or the Emergencies Act. Any rational person can see these people do not belong in Canada.
