No one is angry about this save for the extremely small contingent of self-identified incels. Getting angry at women for their hypergamous nature would be as stupid as getting mad at the sun for rising in the east. It's not right or wrong. It just is.
HOWEVER...
What tradcons can't seem to accept is that saying, "Come on bro! Man up! Self-improve! Become that top 10% man a woman deserves!" Isn't having the desired effect. Why might this be?
To answer this, an analogy might be in order.
As I child, I dreamed about growing up and becoming a professional athlete someday. This experience is shared by many young boys, yet most don't grow up to be professional athletes. So what happened?
Around the time I moved into my teens, I was forced to face a reality. A lot of young men wanted to be professional athletes, and even if I poured 100% of my time and effort into training, it wouldn't raise the likelihood of me succeeding to a level of acceptable risk.
This is NOT to say that pouring 100% of my time into training wouldn't yield results. It only meant that the effort alone wouldn't be enough to raise my chances of success beyond a very low percentage. Even among the most talented who seek to become pro athletes, very few ultimately succeed.
I have only one life to live, and I'm the only person who has to live with the consequences of my decisions. Therefore, I had to make a choice.
Do I pour all my time and effort into a dream that is unlikely to come to pass? Or should I focus my time and efforts elsewhere.
I wisely chose the latter and have never regretted it. Call me a loser or a quitter if you like. I have to live with my life choices. Not you.
In the same way, not all men are intimidated with the prospect of having to work on themselves in order to attract women. Rather, what concerns them is the expected return on investment.
If I spend years building a six or seven figure career, going to the gym, and rising in social status, is it worth it to settle for a post-30, non-virgin, at best average woman?
Many men look at this calculus and wisely decide that the juice isn't worth the squeeze.
Tell men they need to work harder all you want. It won't help if the bottom 80% of women aren't willing to put in any effort of their own to tip the cost/benefit calculation.
The problem isn't the need for men to put in effort.
The problem is that the lack of female effort to be worthy themselves makes the effort not worth it.

I love when red pill dudes complain about "all women only want the top 20% of men!" as if that's some kind of aberration or a moral failure of modern women. My brother in Christ, it's like that in every species. Always has been. That's literally the mechanism by which evolution by natural selection works. It's the hardwired setting that ensures we keep getting better over time.
