To you sub 8 and sub 9 runners, you are missing out. THIS is why I’m 9:30ish pace on my runs. I’m just soaking it all in out there!

I always have enjoyed running in scenic areas: through the woods, in the mountains, along the beach. But I sometimes run past the scenery too fast to see it. At times we need to slow down and, in effect, sniff the flowers. The slower you run, the more scenery you can absorb.
