@YESBANK -I hav concern regrdng unauthorized charges from my YES Bank A/C. This year ₹3000 (incl. GST) was deducted for a debit card upgrade sent as a replcmnt for my expiring card. I never gave consent for this upgrade. Please refund charges and restore my previous basic card.

My experience with @YESBANK's IVR system has been highly inefficient. I initiated the process to close my credit card, but the call disconnected without notice after providing all necessary details. This reflects a significant service flaw. Such systems require urgent review. !
