@RowanFN @Nintendeal But local shops do this all the time. They are buying and selling the same exact things. Scalpers are just at a smaller scale. Local card shops sell at market price all the time and no one complains about them just because it has a business name attached to it.

Buying with no intend to use from self or bots and make money on fomo buys, isn't great nor should be a social norm. Have a rule where you shouldn't go above MSRP while it's in production, it can Increase value when it's not available anymore.

They maybe have the extra capital and don’t care. All they have to do is wait for a restock if they don’t like the price.
