@itsall1monster @TechHighLites @Tekeee It’s very valid. Would recommend doing some research. I work in a private bank with UHNW clients. I can provide them FDIC insurance up to $2B, if necessary.
Look into what the product called Intrafi (ICS) is
English

@Yodapicks1 @TechHighLites @Tekeee Banks have evolved to somehow make the FDIC ensure more of your money is safe? I dont see that as valid, they cant sustain insurance costs for people skirting their rules and if banks do. Then they risk losing FDIC. But if you got proof id love to read it.
English

@TechHighLites @Tekeee This is actually untrue in 2026. Banks have evolved and came up with solutions for that.
English

@Tekeee Being rich has its problems; you would need to open 8 accounts to achieve this. FDIC

@DrifLotfi @steveonomics @TheEdPill Major fraud alert 🚨🚨
You’re all over the place man. Fathers, who are true fathers, don’t get 10+ hours of sleep

@steveonomics @TheEdPill lol i have more kids than you G, if only you knew 😂

@Thechat101 My issue with @KendrickPerkins is he’s such a Bron hater that if KD lose, to Bron at 41, it’s a knock to KD, but NOTHING to Bron with this current roster, if he wins.
He sets it up as a lose/lose for Bron

@MichaelRielly10 @THPGolf You should take golf out of your bio bc you clearly have no fucking idea what you’re talking about.
English

@utkarshbuilds_ If you’re able to get your 5k in under 20 mins… you will smash your 10k goal and likely be closer to 42/43 mins
English

I can’t wait for when Lebron retires and annihilates @stephenasmith
Buddy boi better get his bread right now bcus when that time comes….. your career might be over.
You’re about to get exposed and embarrassed beyond what you could imagine.
English

@RebuiltPt Imo there’s something to learn from both here.
R #1 likely could have progressed a bit faster. Taking 50+ to increase your long run by < 10miles when already able to run 10 miles seems a bit inefficient.
R #2, trying to do a marathon plan in 18 weeks likely ends in injury
English

I like using a conservative progression for long runs during marathon training.
Here’s a year-long progression of a runner who ran very well in year 2 as a marathoner (Runner 1).
We include periods of building, sustaining, back off, then building again.
This allows for sustainable progression. They never felt like the next long run was a big reach from their prior training.
Compare that to runner 2 who started their marathon block 18 weeks out, and followed an online plan w/ aggressive build.

@runliftrunlift Great post! As a semi beginner still and someone who has increased his mileage, I couldn’t agree more.
My biggest gains came from increasing my weekly miles, not from 1 or 2 specific workouts.
English

The fitness jump from 20 to 30 miles per week (32 to 48 km) up to a consistent 40 miles (64 km) is massive.
When runners ask about workouts and getting faster, I usually ask back, “Have you ever put together 3 to 4 months of consistent 40 mile weeks?”
If the answer is no, that’s your answer to getting faster.
Not new workouts or more workouts. More consistent volume.
It takes time. If your true easy pace is around 9:30 to 10:00 per mile (5:55 to 6:12 per km), you’re looking at roughly 6 to 7 hours of running per week.
That’s the buy-in. It’s a commitment, no doubt.
But for a lot of runners, the move to 40+ mile weeks, held consistently for several months, is exactly what takes them to the next level.
English

@HankFrank It’s bananas to me that you’ve been running nearly 100 miles a week for 3 months straight. That’s some dedication.
Props to that dude 👊🏼
English

@Yodapicks1 I primarily use for easy runs, but I absolutely think they can operate as a tempo/long run shoe.
TBH whenever I use them, I naturally want to pick up the pace just due to the bounce response from the zoomx/air units.
If they weren’t 230 a pop I’d probably use them every day 😂

@The_Money_Buddy Respectfully, 55k for a new vehicle in 2026 isn’t buying luxury… this is just buying a nice sustainable vehicle
English

@babystreetrat Sounds like @babystreetrat was likely laid off from a corporate job and now fully against corporate life…
Sad.
English

@lorddrey @PMashimelo @wickeddestt I’ll jump in here for them.. you are, completely in the full definition, delusional!
Don’t speak on topics you have little to zero knowledge on if you don’t wanna be called out.
English

@PMashimelo @wickeddestt Shut up and learn how to use grammar properly.
Don't use words because they sound good. Use them because they fit the context.
What justifies your use of the word “Delusional”
Do you even know the meaning?
English

@RebuiltPt Thanks Nick. I appreciate this insight bcus I always struggle to get out the door for my long “easy” runs. When I have long runs that I mix in pace, I enjoy it much more.
English

I personally struggle with long easy runs. 18 miles at easy pace is a mental grind for me.
To make it more enjoyable, I do an “over/under” method between running easy and slightly less easy.
Let’s say your easy pace is ~9:00 per mile. To break up the run but still keep it around the same workload, you could alternate every 2 miles at 8:45, and 9:15. It makes you push the pace slightly and requires more focus, then relaxing for a couple miles at 9:15.
Time passes faster for me this way.
