SurfLayer and zkPass announced a partnership on Nov 24 to bring zkPass’s private web data proofs (zkTLS) into SurfLayer’s multichain interoperability layer.
How zkTLS works:
It turns normal HTTPS data into a private proof through a secured 3-party handshake with MPC nodes. No APIs, no data leaks.
New use cases unlocked:
> Verified but private messaging
> Compliance-aware transfers (KYC/AML without exposing identity)
> Reputation-based actions (portable scores for access or rewards)
> Web2 → on-chain triggers (e.g., proving something from a fintech dashboard to start a cross-chain action)
Current status:
Integration is still in progress but early demos already show proofs being generated from fintech apps and used to trigger cross-chain operations.
Ecosystem updates:
zkPass has also partnered with Orochi Network for stronger on-chain verification.

It’s end-of-year reflection time, so here’s mine.
2025 was officially the hardest year of my adult life.
I took an almost seven-figure hit, got humbled by the markets, and learned more about myself than in the last several years combined.
Despite that, building Beramonium has been the brightest part of my year.
Nothing gives me more joy than designing and shipping features with our team and community 🐻🧙♂️
We’re not done - not even close. I’m 1000% committed to making Beramonium a long-term success.
At the same time, to keep pushing this dream forward in a sane, sustainable way, I’m doing something I’ve never done before:
