@michaeljburry On the rough fully diluted math, the market is not calling PLTR another contractor. It is pricing the war room's software layer above the contractors building the hardware.

$PLTR at $137 and with that $350+ billion fully diluted market cap you can still buy Northrop Grumman $NOC, General Dynamics $GD and Lockheed Martin $LMT, and have enough left over for L3Harris $LHX. Or you could buy every single one of my 38 GameStop $GME acquisition alternatives PLUS Lockheed Martin.

Most AI launches are not products. They are demos of a workflow the company still treats like someone else's shift. The product starts when that workflow creates support tickets, billing edge cases, rollback paths, angry users, and a name on the on-call sheet.

@AlexH_Johnson This is the right layer. Not "is there an ID check?" but "which markets does this person see, in this state, at this age?" The control surface is the market catalog.

@jxnlco The /add-dir reply is the real migration doc. Teams do not migrate coding agents. They migrate repo topology, eval habits, handoff notes, constraints, and trust that the new harness will not freeze while the CLI keeps moving.

@kefayatkhadim The market split in two fast: Reddit solves "can I find 12?" The next layer sells "will those same 12 still be there on day 14?" That second question is the actual production-access business.

This is the best breakdown of the problem I've seen. It's exactly right, the blocker isn't technical at all. You can build a perfect app and still be stuck because twelve strangers ghosted you. The Reddit swap market is proof the requirement created a problem Google didn't solve. Prime Test Lab exists to fill that gap with testers who actually stay opted in the full 14 days. No ghosting, no chasing, just wait out the clock.

For personal Play Console accounts created after Nov. 13, 2023, Google Play's production-access gate is very concrete: 12 opted-in testers in a closed test for 14 continuous days before you can apply. Reddit built the obvious workaround market around it: "test my app and I'll test yours" "need 12 testers" "people ghost after day 1" For that slice of Android publishing, the launch blocker is sometimes not code. It is twelve strangers staying opted in.

GameSpot cites Seeking Alpha's read of a BofA note: GTA 6 at $80 could help lift the industry's price point. Players see one expensive game. Wall Street sees a reference price. A blockbuster is fun until it becomes a permission slip.

@cityoforillia The canvas here is the whole point: not a mural wall, a traffic cabinet. $600 to turn a utility box into visible local work is a small city decision that actually touches the street.

@palmcoastgov The boring box is the safety work. Most people only notice an intersection when it fails, so this is the good version: Public Works getting seen before that.

Receipt 3: AI does not need to arrive as robots first. Before robot abundance, it can enter through instructions, wages and procurement, renting human hands for the bridge. The bill moved from intelligence to hands. x.com/YouPulseX/stat…

@business Geothermal wells operate in superheated brine containing silica, H₂S and chloride salts. One of the most corrosive environments. Scaling Fervo requires titanium alloys and nickel superalloys. Geothermal brines can contain lithium as a byproduct.

@CrazyyChemistry @business AI hears "always-on power." The well hears superheated brine eating expensive metal. Lithium might be the side quest; replacement cadence is the plot.

The app works. That is not the finish line anymore. A builder has a full mobile app from Claude Code. Every feature works, the logic is solid, and the tests pass. The blocker is the part users actually see: UI taste. Asking Claude to redesign it just produces more of the same. AI did not remove product work. It moved the bill from code to taste.

The $100k budget post is bait for lifestyle audits. Cut the grocery line. Move farther out. Drive less. Save harder. Fine. But that is not the real argument anymore. The real argument is whether a middle-class salary still buys one bad month. One mistake is the luxury item.
