Somebody should study AI-induced distraction. Waiting for AI to think or write code creates tiny idle moments that often turn into context switching. I suspect it's a real productivity cost.

I don't pay for Cursor. My subscription has been cancelled for months. But between July 18–27 it uploaded 63,106 files — ~736 MB of my source code — to Cursor's servers. (These include imported libraries etc as well by the way). Just because of opening the folders, to use Cursor as a pure IDE. The worst part is that there is no way to delete it. Why would you want my code uploaded if I'm not even using your AI services @cursor_ai?

i have two primary PCs: my desktop and my MacBook. After the update last week, the @ComBank_LK web portal has arbitrarily fixated on my desktop as the primary device, no longer allowing me to log in using my Mac, which would be more convenient because it's a freaking laptop. i sincerely wish for whoever implemented this moronic ass 'security' feature, and whoever approved it, to have unrestrained, explosive diarrhea in Colombo rush hour traffic. jfc

Regardless of how good it is, I think I have to abandon ChatGPT (codex); it drains the quota fast and I cannot afford the 100 plan. Probably will buy Cursor again; Grok is sufficiently good.
