8# Today’s breakdown is @quirkiesnft a project that has been quietly building behind the scenes and is now stepping into the spotlight as a top blue chip. 1. Summary There is no obvious catalyst coming but It has a similar thesis to projects like GVC with strong alignment between the team and the community. Quirkies has been an OG community mainly held together by @RealPapii over the years. While the vibes have always been strong the price did not reflect that until recently. The last few months have seen a shift as their aligned strategy started gaining traction and attention. 2. Entry I do not expect Quirkies to dip much from here. A short term entry around 0.7 ETH through offers could be interesting. Street is more volatile since it is fairly new. I would personally look for an entry at 500k - 600k, if the NFT FP holds 3. Long term conviction game I personally think entering Quirkies makes sense only if you are a believer not a trader, as the project is mainly held together through community sentiment, which can go both ways. The token holds more upside than the NFTs so I would put my focus there. With the momentum they have shown, I have no doubt that Quirkies have earned their place as a top PFP blue chip collection.

I totally get what @Pons_ETH is saying in this post 😢 I have just recently got into @ThePlagueNFT and managed to get some bargains which I'd have never got a few months ago. While I did get some bargains, I realized that I'd picked up NFTs from people who minted them and held them for months. These are the people that stood by the project for years, the OGs. I have seen this happen many times. Even when the Founder is still building, but still people leave, sometimes due to lack of communication, sometimes due to lack of patience, and many other reasons. I love joining communites that have stuck through thick and thin in the past, and sometimes newcomers feel a bit out of place in such communities, but strong communities are those that make people feel welcome. I felt welcome in the Pond, so I went all in, but it sucks to see some of the OGs have left or are leaving. Unfortunately, this is the truth of web3, we will have community churn every cycle. I have made some of the most amazing friends in NFT communities, while some are still there, some have left either the community or the space, even I have hopped communites in the past few years. But I'm here for the long game now, sticking to some communities for the next cycle, and I think I'll stay here for a long time.
