Why Most People FAIL With VA's I was hesitant to even hire VA's for many months in my business You always hear horror stories of sharing leads, stealing leads, lazy employees, etc. etc. While this stuff can be an issue, I truly believe 99% of these problems are on YOU

You are the manager, you train the employees You can't expect to get the production you need out of them if you don't adequately train them and give feedback Here is my process of training new hires: 1. Have them to attend the 2- week trial. Pay $2 per hour and have them to complete at least 80 hours in 2 weeks. 2. First day of the trial, you want to get them all on call, and provide onboard doc. In that doc, you need to provide the details of what you want them to do (mine is 6 pages long with details and videos explaining the goals of each activity for each day) 3. Provide feedback daily. It only takes 15-20 mins to look at their work daily and provide feedback. Get them on call, discuss the good and bad. Ask them questions right away. See if they truly engage in the learning. 4. Provide a comprehensive sourcing guide (mine is more than 40 pages with all of my secret sourcing tactics) or admin daily - weekly - monthly checklists. If you don't even know what is needed to be done, you can't expect them to know what to do. 5. Set KPI and update with them weekly. For the beginners, I set $1000 profit per month. That is more than enough to cover their monthly salary. From there, you can keep track of their performance based on the efficiency out of their work. 6. Monday call is a must! I always start Monday with a call with a whole team. We discuss from KPI, inventory performance, to goals of the week. Keep the call short and to the point. Ask questions to enhance the engagement. 7.
