The WORST @SouthwestAir experience and costumer service I’ve EVER encountered. $400 charge because my bags were too long!?! We almost excessively and exclusively with this airline and never had this happened. Definitely reconsidering my card affiliation, status, business. #CHI

@SouthwestAir That should have been implemented on every flight I’ve flown it the last 5 years with this bag. No one has said our bags were to long, including on the departing flight
