YouTube ACCEPTED my appeal then TERMINATED me I get hit with a reused content strike whilst on holiday. I appeal and YouTube accept the appeal. They reinstate monetisation. Just 3 days later, they terminate me for ''spam, scam and deceptive practices''. I had NEVER engaged in this alleged behaviour. Now, YouTube REFUSE to let a human review my channel. This is clearly an automated system that is NOT fit for purpose. Come on @TeamYouTube , do the right thing and re-instate my channel.

27 DAYS ago and my life changed when I went on a HOLIDAY to Istanbul, Türkiye. YouTube TERMINATED me for ENGAGING in ‘’spam, deceptive practices and scams’’ Whilst YouTube does not give specifics, as I was abroad at the time, I presume that YouTube THOUGHT I was using a VPN. That’s why they then TERMINATED me for BREACHING their deceptive practices policy. But let me clarify once again, I did NOT and NEVER have used a VPN when uploading to YouTube. I have provided EVIDENCE that I was ABROAD at the time 👇 and can provide further proof if requested. I DID NOT break any other YouTube policies mentioned in the email. In the last 1.5 months YouTube: Demonetized me Reinstated me after a video appeal Sent me the 100k YouTube Plaque Demonetized me again Removed 2 of my videos, both appeals rejected but later reinstated Took back my payment for the previous month I documented everything in this video 👇 @TeamYouTube after all this, I think I deserve a fair review of my demonetization case.

@CPDeedzyfn @TeamYouTube It looks like VPN usage falls under ‘deceptive practices’. I didn’t even use one. I’ve heard other people who have also gone on holiday and had their accounts terminated because YouTube can’t tell the difference between VPN usage and going on holiday.

Not a single person pressed play on the video where I proved with real evidence, real invoices, and real documentation, exactly why the inauthentic content claim against my channel is completely wrong. Let me tell you what your policy says is inauthentic, and let me tell you what my channel actually is: You say inauthentic is slideshows with no narrative. Every single video on my channel has an original script written word by word by my own hands. You say inauthentic is AI generated voiceovers. Every voice on my channel is a real human artist I personally hired and paid through Fiverr. You say inauthentic is templated mass produced content. I have never made the same video twice. Ever. You say inauthentic is recycled content with minimal human input. I have spent countless hours in Adobe Premiere building every single edit from scratch. Not one thing on your list describes my channel. Not one. I didn’t stumble into content creation. I dedicated my entire life to learning this craft. Every technique. Every tool. Every skill. I built myself from nothing into someone who could create something genuinely worth watching. That journey cost me years. It cost me money. It cost me sacrifices most people will never see. And beyond the craft; YouTube was never just a platform to me. My community is my sense of belonging. When I open YouTube and see my people engaging with what I created, that is where I feel I belong. That connection is something no algorithm can quantify and no automated message can understand. There is a SERIOUS problem at YouTube. The CORE were TERMINATED after reaching 100k subs by YouTube’s AUTOMATED system. To YouTube’s credit, they REINSTATED the channel within a few hours. BUT, channels like mine, have been waiting for weeks for a HUMAN review. Instead, priority is GIVEN to creators who are already MILLIONAIRES from Twitch, whilst creators like me are CLOSE to being HOMELESS. Not only do they get their channels REINSTATED, they get a full explanation as to why their channel was REMOVED in the first place. Under Neal Mohan, NO ONE else is accorded this level of detail. Where is the FAIRNESS? @TeamYouTube

Team Youtube, I love your platform. I love YouTube. I love creating videos, putting together unique stories, and building a community. My channel has been demonetized for the past 30 days🙏. I attached my appeal video which shows my human process, and yes, edited by a single human that spends hours on his videos. On every single one. I explain my full workflow because my content has been marked as “inauthentic,” which does not reflect how I actually create my videos. Every video is made step by step — from idea, scripting with ChatGPT, image creation (Nano Banana / Veo 3), editing (Canva), animation (Grok), to final editing in CapCut with sound, music (Suno AI), and voiceover (ElevenLabs). This takes me 8–9 hours or even 2–3 days per video. This is not low effort or automated content. This is detailed, manual work with a lot of time, creativity, and effort. My concern is I’m receiving inconsistent responses youtube Studio shows “Inauthentic Content,” while support says “Harmful & Dangerous Content.”Which ensures my channel is not reviewed I am 100% confident that my content is not inauthentic. Today marks 24 DAYS since I was unfairly TERMINATED by YouTube's automated systems. Since then, I've received NO human support, just a bunch of AI copy and paste responses. It has taken a HUGE toll on my mental and physical health. You'd think after making 10 BILLION dollars in the first quarter of this year, YouTube would put SOME of that money into RESOLVING mistaken terminations. You're WRONG. They can't accord their creators the BASIC right of a HUMAN review. I've tried to be as PATIENT and as RESPECTFUL as possible, but I feel like this is NEVER appreciated. I feel like LAB RATS are treated BETTER than the way @TeamYouTube treats it's creators. Sort it out, please. @nealmohan @YouTubeInsider @reneritchie
