I think he should have stayed off the Internet and not bragged about it. Because if for some reason, a person decides to sue or if someone gets severely injured, there are liability considerations here. He is admitting that what he is doing is with intention to harm. Don’t people know how to do things nowadays without bragging about it and admitting guilt online?

This man confesses to building snowmen around tree trunks to punish drivers who like to run over little children’s snowmen. He’s on a mission to do so because his little brother’s snowman was run over by a driver intentionally. He likes to keep count of how many vehicles he’s damaged and totaled, and he’s quite proud of it. What he’s doing isn’t illegal at all, however would you feel he should be liable if one of them gets hurt doing to?
