I've been covering XRP for almost 10 years now. I've seen all the ups and downs in sentiment. I can tell you for 100% there is shift among XRP developers. They're all flipping major bullish on XRP. This is not a coincidence. They know something. I'm not just speaking about @dom_kwok and @kwok_phil . I'm seeing it across multiple developer X handles. It's not just me. Other XRP influencers are telling me the same behind the scenes.

Russia is selling its gold reserves at a rapid pace:
The Bank of Russia's gold holdings dropped -900,000 ounces in the first 4 months of 2026, to 73.9 million ounces, the lowest since February 2022.
Gold prices averaged ~$4,800 per ounce over the same period.
Therefore, if Russia sold gold at the market price, the sales are estimated to have generated ~$4.3 billion in proceeds.
Russia's central bank began reducing its gold reserves last year after the Finance Ministry liquidated gold and foreign currency assets from the National Wellbeing Fund to offset budget deficits driven by declining energy revenues.
Before the pandemic, the Bank of Russia used to be one of the world’s largest official gold buyers, taking in nearly all domestically mined output until it halted purchases in early 2020.
Russia is increasingly selling gold to raise cash.

BREAKING: A source close to Iran's Ghalibaf says Iran's "third struggle" plan announced by the IRGC will close Bab el-Mandeb Strait "by fire" and disable the seven submarine internet cables under the Strait of Hormuz, in immediate response to upcoming US strikes that Iran has assessed as "inevitable," for this weekend.
The source adds that Iran will also respond with "next-generation missiles and drones" firing hundreds daily at the Gulf energy infrastructure, and that the US and Israel are playing "Russian roulette" with the outcome being the "collapse of the global economy and unprecedented gas prices."

🇺🇸🇮🇷 About the IRGC-trained Iraqi national who was arrested for plotting to assassinate Ivanka Trump.
He posted a surveillance map of her Florida home on X with a threat in Arabic: "Our revenge is a matter of time."
Mohammad Baqer Saad Al-Saadi, 32, was captured in Turkey on May 15 and extradited to the US, now facing 18 charges.
The plot ties back to Soleimani's killing in 2020. Iran never stopped looking for payback.
They're not hiding it anymore. The threats are going up on social media, in public, with coordinates attached.

🇺🇸🇮🇷 An IRGC-linked Iraqi terrorist named Mohammad Baqer Al-Saadi was plotting to assassinate Ivanka Trump as revenge for the U.S. killing of his mentor Qasem Soleimani. He had a blueprint of Ivanka’s Florida home, posted maps and threats online, and was actively involved in multiple terror attacks across Europe and the U.S. This is next-level personal vendetta terrorism...targeting the President’s daughter to “burn down the house of Trump.” The fact that a high-ranking Kata’ib Hezbollah/IRGC operative got this far shows how dangerous these networks still are years after Soleimani’s death. Thankfully he was caught, but it’s a stark reminder that the Iran proxy war hits close to home.
