On Dec 30, I called @makemytrip to cancel because of weather concerns, but your team assured me: 1️⃣ If the weather conditions are not good, they will help they assured. 2️⃣ You’d change dates, give a refund, or arrange alternative flights. 3️⃣ If I got stuck, you’d handle flights and hotels. Now, your so-called “customer service” (Ms. Akansha) is refusing a refund and telling me to book a cab or bus from Mumbai to Kashmir. Is this a joke? Why did I pay ₹1.6 lakh if I have to handle everything myself? You give false promises to customers to trap them and then backtrack when the situation arises. I’m not even asking for a full refund—just put my money in the wallet so I can rebook! Stop exploiting your customers. Fix this immediately, or I’ll take legal action! @Rajesh_Magow @deepkalra
