@taku_inohara 欧米は多枝病変が多く、なんらかの原因ですぐトロポニンが上がるのかなと。それでNSTE-ACSが多いのかと。日本はもともと悪くなくて、1枝詰まってSTEMIとなってくる人が多いのかなと思いました。

今更って感じの疑問なんですが… 欧米でのデータでSTEMI vs NSTE-ACSが1:2くらいでNSTE-ACSが多いのに、日本ではだいたい1:1あるいはSTEMIの方がむしろ多くなってるのって、どのような理由なんでしょうか？🤔

In this trial of bifurcation PCI, the rates of malapposed and jailed struts around the bifurcation were not significantly different between POT with side branch dilatation and conventional kissing balloon inflation, and clinical events at 1 year were low. ow.ly/mTpq50GwYRs

In #ATLANTIS, apixaban did not reduce a composite of thrombotic, ischemic or bleeding events compared with standard of care (i.e., VKA in patients with baseline indication to OAC, or DAPT/SAPT in those without). In the no-OAC stratum, the results remind me of GALILEO's. #ACC21
