I see this extremely clearly.
Thibs did his job, he re-established a culture, and instilled hard work in a team that was lost for the better part of 3 decades.
However, now is the time to continue growing and evolving forward and he’s not the guy to maximize our players.
Like I said, an excellent job was done to establish the ground floor.
Now it’s time TO WIN!
