@SportsDirect_CS Hello, I ordered on a guest checkout on Saturday for an order of £85 - paid via PayPal, money's been taken but I've received no confirmation of order and it's three days later. Can you help? I don't have an order number but I have address, email etc?

@ArgosHelpers my newly wedded friends are an having issue with a return, which was a wedding gift which they only just recieved and is still in its box, unused and with receipt. They have been refused an exchange as the receipt is now out of date. Can you help please?

@ArgosHelpers Thank you for your response. They just wanted to exchange for an item at a higher price point which they would of course pay the difference. So is there no chance for an exchange. They don't want their money back. Thank you Mal

@ZINA_G_ HI Zina, firstly congratulations to your friends, sadly we do have a 30 day money back guarantee (longer than most retailers which is usually 14 days) if it is now beyond this date we cannot return the item I am sorry to say. - Mal
