Middle of winter at those heights it is freezing cold....Lord give me strength!

Pick up the collected writings of almost any US President (Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln, Grant, Hoover, Roosevelt, Nixon, Reagan) and you don't see mere courtesy or sobriety, but a standard of expression that shows how blessed we have been as a people to have leaders of such character and caliber. What is before us now condemns itself and its author who, apparently, cannot even claim the excuse of having written it in the shadows of a sleepless night.

This is the kind of stuff Trump does that makes people not just oppose him but hate him. There was no need to say anything.
