After 90 mins on phone with @United and @lufthansa sitting at airport unable to check in, I have now been rebooked on a flight separate from my husband and young kids and no one can explain why (tickets all booked together). This is unacceptable @united!

Deeply disappointed by @united customer service today trying to get home to BOS. flights canceled, my family’s flights two young kids randomly separated. @united1k customer service not helping after 75 mins on phone with them, unable to check in. Do better, @united.

One of my first projects, #FundedByLCRF, demonstrated the heterogeneity of resistance to third generation EGFR inhibitors (aacrjournals.org/cancerdiscover…)— something we are still grappling with after 1L osimertinib. Very thankful to LCRF for the support as I launched my career!
