@AveryPerri Honestly there is no other feeling like it. Especially once you get to the “fuel low” and your keeping track of kms driven on the speedometer. Electric factory.

@szn_firmino @Challenger_ST Personally I've found that using the average provides the most consistent results. We tried using the peak for a bit but the numbers would be incredibly high when our athletes would finish the second half of the rep quickly and with intent.

Personally, I like the bracing mechanism there. Get super stiff to absorb before coming up can’t be a bad thing.

Recently I’ve been coaching athletes to pause for a solid second or two prior to standing all the way up during hang power cleans - it seems to reinforce the position and clean things up? Does it matter?

I too like the bracing component.
Would have to imagine load is the limiting factor. Heavier it gets, tougher that becomes.

@ZScoobs4 In the example in the video those are actually hamstring catches which train the Hammys but limit soreness.
We did these 2 days before a game and no issues.
