Bitget SpaceX Pre-IPO结束后，市面上的Pre-IPO资产越来越多，价格也五花八门。
要理解这些价格差异其实不复杂，首先要分清交易的是现货还是合约。
Bitget preSPAX是反映SpaceX股票价格的现货代币，由真实股权支持，合规机构Republic发行，发行时的对应估值1.5万亿，市面上很多钱包上线的Pre-IPO代币也是现货，属于是链上资产，整体链上流动性一般，但理论上也应锚定未来SpaceX股票的价格。
大家有时会看到价格2000U的SpaceX代币，大概率是一些交易所上线的SpaceX股票盘前合约，价格比现货高这么多，是因为它们基本都是按照10亿预估股本推出的，等正式招股书出来后，会根据真实股本再做价格的rebase。
SpaceX股票的价格和估值到底会是多少？按照Bitget preSPAX代币价格计算，SpaceX的估值大约在1.52万亿，按照几个交易所合约市场的价格，估值接近2万亿，可以看出市场看多情绪还是很浓厚。
不同交易所选择的产品路线不同，但我始终认为，RWA资产虽然拥有更多灵活性、流动性，但核心前提始终是反映真实资产价格。这也是为什么Bitget做Pre-IPO，第一个要确保的就是拥有真实的底层资产。

第一，他现在就是一个“预告式”的操盘手，配合做空团队精准收割。
你们没发现规律吗？他现在搞事，越来越喜欢玩“预告”那一套。先发个暧昧不清的推文吊胃口，制造信息差。
其实底下早就埋伏好了巨量的空单。
等他那篇所谓“证据确凿”的小作文一发，标的暴跌，做空团队赚得盆满钵满。
第二，别觉得他多干净，他自己搞起黑吃黑和Rug Pull，比土狗项目方还狠。
天天审判别人割韭菜，咱来看看Zach是怎么自己砸盘的。
远的不说，就说2025年那个跟他同名的Meme币$ZACHXBT。
社区出于“信仰”，给他空投了50%的筹码。结果呢？市值被散户fomo拉到8800万美金的时候，这位“反诈斗士”干了啥？
他毫不犹豫地直接抽干了流动性！分两次提走了16000多个SOL（将近400万美金！），反手转给做市商，把币价直接砸到脚踝斩。
最后说句实在话，看透利益链，你就看透了他。
他为什么从来不敢实名？因为他根本经不起查！
对外立着公益反黑的牌坊，实际每年靠着爆料流量、空投砸盘、隐性做空配合，赚得比谁都多。
你们看他对那些真正有大资本护航的利益相关方（比如替他交律师费的某大所），什么时候死磕过？
他的报告全都是选择性执法，挑软柿子捏，捏爆了不仅能赚流量，还能顺手套个现。
在Crypto这个黑暗森林里，别去神化任何人。
ZachXBT现在就是一个披着正义外衣的巨大流量IP，本质上是利益集团的打手和做空资金的吹哨人。
以后他再发什么“重磅爆料”，大家多留个心眼。
别头脑一热跟着恐慌，成了人家做空团队和砸盘套现的流动性。

我们现在看到的 @zachxbt 早已不是什么区块链侦探，而是一个打着公益打假幌子，行流量收割与联合做空之实的商业机构。
他太懂怎么玩弄大众情绪了。每次预告大瓜，就是给背后的空头团队发进场信号。
