now that i’m using @wildromanskin i’m going to need to start using just for men touch of gray to be taken seriously at corporate events.

The best exercise for your skin is strength training. Resistance training improves skin elasticity, stimulates collagen production, and increases dermal thickness. If you want to look youthful as you get older make sure you're lifting heavy ass weights.

I’ve been using this for over a month (not paid btw) and I have noticed a HUGEEEE difference in my complexion. Small story: I have had “reddish” cheeks most of my life.
