Why do we need a 1/4% income tax cut so bad when our county infrastructure, specifically in rural Oklahoma, is crumbling. Instead of nibbling around the edges, how about we look at real reform of what is taxed and where those dollars are best used - then talk about lowering taxes

SPP is declaring an Energy Emergency Alert (EEA) Level 3 effective immediately for our entire 14-state balancing authority area. Systemwide generating capacity has dropped below our current load of ~42 GW due to extremely low temperatures and inadequate supplies of natural gas.

Three of the state's four major revenue streams showed contraction in September, Treasurer Randy McDaniel said Tuesday. September receipts from all sources totaled $1.15 billion, down by almost $8 million or just less than 1.0 percent from September of last year.

This week, Oklahoma @GovStitt held a ceremonial bill signing for HB 1373, a comprehensive occupational licensing reform bill championed by @ZackTaylorHD28 and Senator Julie Daniels. This bill prevents boards from denying someone a license because of an unrelated criminal record.
