Why are healthbars like this in most games?

@holamikes @Shafulyn He doesn't say that about the colour. The healthbars are inconsistently large or larger with no specific indicator on why this is happening . At least in my eyes

Hot take: I don't understand why people want skins with low floats. Every time you play the game you are wearing out that skin and in the end it will end up having a very bad float due to use.
