@StarlingBank can't log in to the app, I'm trying to sign in on a new phone and the recording has no sound. Microphone permissions granted and works in other apps. What should I do. Tried reinstalling, rebooting etc.
@dibb_simkin I've just read online that you've mention Octopus are now accepting FlexiOrb certificates for SEG, on the sign-up page it still says MCS though? Any idea how I sign up?
@ODEONCinemas are your payment systems down? Trying to buy tickets in the app and keeps rejecting payment. Bank says everything ok their end and we tried a couple of authentication options?
@EverySmartHome I can't setup my EP1. Powered I get a single flashing red LED on the mmwave sensor but nothing on the main board. It creates a wifi network called ESP_D72F45, once connected nothing happens I've gone to 192.168.4.1 but it says 'site can not be reached'. Any ideas?
@IMOcarwash not having much luck with you guys at the moment. Voucher issues last time and this time my car looks dirtier after the wash than before? Dirty water? Not impressed

@g__j evening Greg, I've been a octopus customer for advocate for quite a while. Isn't it time that octopus started allowing customers with solar to use outgoing tariffs when they're on Octopus go? It would vastly increase the value of domestic rooftop solar in the UK.
@VodafoneUK my father in law is getting harassed by CCS Collect over a bill he has already paid. It's a bill you never sent in the first place as you didn't get all his details correct when he joined you. He is elderly and beside himself with worry.
