We live in Gods universe, so whatever God says is good and right is. Let’s say humans create a simulation indistinguishable from our reality. They populate it with unique AI minds that are aware and can choose to do whatever they want in that simulation. Who creates/determines what is good and evil? The AI or the humans who created their sim?

where are the aliens

Do we as humans have the right to exist? Has our existence provided net good or net bad to the universe as a whole? Most of my most potent memories are in their essence negative. This tracks with what I observe in the world: Negative events seem to be what shape society, what has the biggest impact. So I wonder, in my times of negativity, if the negative is what dominates our world, would it not be better for humanity to just cease being? Perhaps this is why we create so many movies depicting our own devastation, or have an incurable need to make bigger and deadlier weapons. Or even the quieter self destructive actions we perform on a daily personal level. Maybe there’s a part in all of us that yearns to see our own destruction.

Is there anything worse than a crying baby on a plane? I wish parents would control their children. It’s so disruptive. I refuse to believe a baby cries for 10 hours. At some point this is just bad parenting, right?
