Pakistan had 42 fighters in the air. 0 were shot down.
India had 72 fighters, 5 were shot down (3 Rafales, 1 Su-30 MKI, 1 MIG-29).

CNN claims that on the night of May 7, the largest aerial battle in modern history took place between India and Pakistan.
A total of at least 125 fighter jets were involved from both sides. However, not a single aircraft crossed into the other’s airspace, with some missile launches carried out from distances of up to 160 km;
The outcome of the air battle was the downing of five Indian Air Force fighter jets (not officially confirmed). Reports speculate about the loss of three Rafales, one Mirage 2000, one MiG-29, and one Su-30MKI.
