The clinic had all the licenses. It's a huge lie orchestrated by the corrupt detective Kenneth Sealy, ID 289. The clinic was opened and frequented by the mayor of Aventura, FL. We have all the licenses and medical directors. There were two anonymous complaints without any basis. They invaded our house, pointed guns, and humiliated us. This was planted corruptly and through abuse of power under the orders of Paolo Zampolli to create a narrative so that Amanda would be arrested and deported. I was accused of practicing medicine without any evidence. I was arrested in June, and only on August 29th did prosecutor Stayce Cleveland release the 3,500 pieces of evidence. The prosecutor, also mentioned in Paolo Zampolli's emails, was committed to transferring me to a state prison to serve 6 years in prison, even before my lawyers had access to the evidence. I also have email documents proving Paolo Zampolli's request, where he suggested that the longer I remained in jail, the better. The prosecutor's behavior was extremely aggressive and biased, as if she were committed to fulfilling a mission assigned by the White House, that is, Paolo Zampolli. At no point was the clinic fined or investigated by the Florida Department of Health, but rather by Detective Kenneth Sealy, decorated by Pam Bondi in 2019, an expert in financial fraud, and also by prosecutor S Cleveland, also of financial crimes. It makes perfect sense that Paolo Zampolli made a post two days after my arrest with Pam Bondi to demonstrate power and influence. I have all the documents that prove every word I said. All the licenses, medical directorate. It was a case of abuse of power and corruption. I was accused of fraud, without a bank account; I was accused of conspiracy for talking to my husband on a cell phone; I was accused of practicing medicine without having treated any patients. What happened was: The police created a false narrative, offering financial benefits to spa clients, coercion and threats to other clients, such as arrest and invalidating their GC (presumably referring to a specific type of license or permit) to get them to report the spa. After all the police action orchestrated by Detective Kenneth Sealy, the supposedly clandestine spa was NEVER shut down!!!!
