In 1995, a mecha tactics RPG was released - telling a tale of war, fought in mechanized units called Wanzers! Three decades later, its legacy endures. Happy 30th anniversary, Front Mission!

@VariousRegards Walking is mainly for getting over uneven terrain and small obstacles for a few meters, while wheeling mode lets you cover more ground. As for how that affects tactical gameplay, we're still tinkering with the design.

@ZechaTactics from a game design standpoint, do you imagine there would be any advantages to a mech "walking" vs skating around on its wheels? Or would the game simply select whichever method of movement made since for the distance being traversed in a turn?
