Hi I have a question about the Sense app. I was riding my bike with my phone on a bracket and sense said it looks like I'm on the move, so can the app tell the difference between a bike ride and a car journey or should I tell it i was a passenger? @Zegocover

@Zegocover I’ve repeatedly tried to resolve serious billing errors with @Zego and Premium Credit.I have already paid for Oct, Nov & Dec, received a refund for a duplicate October payment, yet I’m now being asked to pay those same months again under a new credit agreement.

Had my bike insurance renewal processed incorrectly on 13 November — payment taken for the wrong period and policy not updated. This has stopped my Uber account from working and caused huge income loss. Waiting for urgent resolution. @Zegocover

@Zegocover trying to get hold of you to cancel a policy and it’s an absolute joke. I am so frustrated. On hold 3 times with Bot chat and twice was directed to an agent only to be told you were closed. On ‘hold’ again since 9am.

@Zegocover I lost access to the email account I had a previous policy with. I need to get in touch about a previous claim but can't do so by email &can't send from old email,or chat as it's sending a code to obsolete email to login & tried phoning but left on hold indefinitely
