@Zegocover Have called 3 times and told you are not open yet. 1st call at 9.06!! And twice more since. I urgently need the policy cancelled and a FULL refund - I am not paying the £45 admin fee as I tried to cancel minutes after realising my mistake with this policy.

@Zegocover trying to get hold of you to cancel a policy and it’s an absolute joke. I am so frustrated. On hold 3 times with Bot chat and twice was directed to an agent only to be told you were closed. On ‘hold’ again since 9am.

@StenaLine left my wedding and engagement ring on an overnight sailing from Belfast to Liverpool last Thursday. Filled in the online form and received a very quick and lovely phone call from someone who found them. I was emailed by lost property on the Friday.
