If PS6 is going to cost close to $1000, I think Sony needs as much good will from its most dedicated fans as possible. It’s often the hardcore fans that evangelize something and influence a wider audience to pick it up. So I think Sony should also listen to its most dedicated fans too IMO.

@shinobi602 They may not be able to enforce physical media but they can enforce digital competitor storefronts, which would be more detrimental to PlayStation’s business than discontinuing physical. Why open yourself up to that possibility?

It was reported in June 2025 and it's still not fixed. Apple kept selling the feature while stalling and gaslighting. Now your “private” addresses can be traced.
